As the Administrator of your personal data:

           We process it only to the extent that you give us your consent or to the extent required by law.
           In particular, we process your data for the following purposes: entering into and performing a contract, processing complaints and returns, sending you commercial and marketing information regarding the store: partshunters.pl, presenting you with advertisements, answering your questions and for the purpose of defense against claims, accounting and tax purposes.
           We process the following categories of data:

             name, surname, email address, address, telephone number - for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract
             first name, last name, email address - for marketing purposes

           Correspondence between us related to the conclusion and performance of the contract is stored for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract, processing complaints or returns, and for the purpose of settling any disputes. We do not process your email address resulting from correspondence for any purpose other than communication for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

        If you have an account in our store, we can delete it at any time upon your request.

        In connection with the performance of the sales contract concluded between us, we will process your data only to the extent necessary for its performance for a period of up to 6 months after the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims under the sales contract.
        For marketing purposes, we use the services of third parties (Google, Facebook), which use cookies in the partshunters.co.uk store.
        We will not transfer your data outside the countries of the European Economic Area.
Policy regarding the use of cookies

This Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices using cookies for the implementation of services provided electronically requested by the User, by Ul. Chylicka 38, 05-510 Konstancin-Jeziorna

I. Definitions

           Administrator - means Ul. Chylicka 38, 05-510 Konstancin-Jeziorna, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in User's devices.
           Cookies - means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which the User uses the websites of the Service.
           Own Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.
           External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners, through the website of the Service.
           Service - means the website or application under which the Administrator operates the website, operating in the domain(s) partshunters.pl
           Device - means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
           User - means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

II. Types of Cookies used

           Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, by this means it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get into the Users' Devices. These cookies allow to identify the software used by the User and to customize the Service individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they come, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
           The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
           Session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the session of a given browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
           Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or switching off the Device does not delete them from the User Device. The mechanism of permanent cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
           The User has the option to limit or disable the access of cookies to his Device. If this option is used, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.
III. Purposes for which Cookies are used

           The Administrator uses Custom Cookies for the following purposes:
           Service configuration

      i) adapting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website pages;
      ii) to recognize the Service User's device and its location and accordingly display a website tailored to his/her individual needs;
      iii) remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or the region from which the User comes;
      iv) to remember the history of visited pages on the site for content recommendations;

      ii) correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling in particular verification of authenticity of a browser session;
      iii) optimization and increase of efficiency of services provided by the Administrator.

           Realization of processes necessary for full functionality of the websites

      i) adapting the content of the Website to User preferences and optimizing the use of the Website. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User's Device and appropriately display the website, adapted to his/her individual needs;
      ii) correct operation of the partner program, enabling in particular verification of the sources of redirection of Users to the websites of the Service.

           Remembering the User's location

      i) correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling, in particular, adaptation of the information provided to the User taking into account his/her location.

           Analysis and research, as well as audience auditing

      i) creation of anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Service's Users use the Service's websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content.

           Provision of advertising services

      i) adjusting the advertisements of third-party services and products presented through the Service;

           Ensuring security and reliability of the Service
           The Service Administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:
           Use of interactive features to popularize the Service through social networks:

      (i) plus.google.com [cookie administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA].
      (ii) Facebook.com [cookie administrator: Facebook Inc headquartered in the USA or Facebook Ireland headquartered in Ireland]

IV. Possibilities to determine the conditions for storing or accessing cookies

Changing the settings referred to in the preceding sentence, the User can make using the settings of the Internet browser or through the configuration of the service.            The User may delete Cookies at any time using the available functions in the Internet browser he uses.
