DELIVERY

- Delivery of the Goods takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
- Delivery of ordered Goods takes place through courier companies.
- Deliveries are carried out in accordance with the time limit specified under the product price or within the time limit specified individually in the case of such a place counting from crediting the money to the account or receiving online payment PayPal / Przelewy24 type.
- The time of delivery specified in the above paragraph may not be observed in case of circumstances after the shipment for transport caused by the fault of the carrier, the fault of the customer or of force majeure nature.
- We undertake to inform the ordering party immediately in case of circumstances of delay in delivery, the buyer has the right to cancel the order if the extended delivery date does not suit him.
- In case of absence of the customer or the person authorized to receive the goods at the place of delivery, at the time of the first attempt by the carrier to deliver the goods, the date of delivery of the goods is considered to be retracted, if the carrier advises the shipment.
- Fixing, securing, making available and confirming to the Customer the significant provisions of the Contract of Sale of goods shall be sent to the Customer at the provided e-mail address.
- If the Buyer finds any damage to the consignment, it is recommended to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier and immediately inform Polmark-XXL Ewa Strzeszewska about it.
- In case of occurrence of circumstances preventing realization of placed order completely or temporarily, Polmark-XXL Ewa Strzeszewska company reserves the right to suspend realization of order - about this situation undertakes to immediately inform the Buyer.
