RETURNS
In accordance with the law, each Consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of receipt of the package. Goods sent back for return should be in unaltered condition (except for changes that were necessary within the limits of ordinary management) - this also applies to the packaging of the goods. Along with the returned product or products, the customer is obliged to return any products that he received free of charge. Goods purchased on a VAT invoice are not returnable (except for sole proprietorships).
To do so, please print out, fill out and sign the return/waiver form available below.

In order to improve and speed up the procedure of returning goods, please attach to the parcel a completed and signed withdrawal from the contract and proof of purchase, which will greatly speed up the work of the returns department.

The goods are covered by a 2-year warranty and a 1-year manufacturer's warranty (excluding products where a longer period is stated in the product description).
