RETURNS

According to the current provisions of Polish law, the possibility of a 14-day return applies only to Consumers or Individual Entrepreneurs (sole proprietorship). This means that when buying a product for business use by an Individual Entrepreneur, it is not possible to take advantage of the 14-day return. Corporate use will be determined on the basis of data entered in the CEIDG of the sole proprietorship for which the purchase was made.

Goods sent back for return should be in an unaltered condition (except for changes that were necessary in the ordinary course of business) - this also applies to the packaging of the goods. Along with the returned product or products, the customer is obliged to return any products that he received free of charge.

To do so, please print out, fill out and sign the return/ withdrawal form available below.
The purchased goods, together with the completed and hand-signed form, should be sent back to the following address:

Please note that we do not accept shipments sent back to us in the form of “cash on delivery” or to a parcel machine.

In order to improve and speed up the procedure for returning goods, please attach to the parcel a completed and signed withdrawal from the contract and proof of purchase, which will greatly speed up the work of the returns department.

Goods returned by the Customer should be packaged in an appropriate manner, ensuring no damage to the parcel during transport.

We return the money to the bank account within a maximum of 14 days.

Returns are made to the bank account number indicated in the return form or in the same form as the payment was made.
COMPLAINTS

If you find a defect in the product, please contact us by e-mail to make a complaint.

The goods are covered by a 2-year warranty and a 1-year manufacturer's warranty (excluding products where a longer period is given in the product description).

Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring no damage to the parcel during transport.

Complaints are processed within 14 days. We will inform you of the results by e-mail.
