Racingline 5-piece silicone boost hose and boost pipe upgrade kit for Audi RS3 8V/8Y a TTRS

This Racingline Performance silicone hose set (VWR140011) is compatible with:

Introducing the ultimate boost pipe kit for 2.5 TFSI engines used in the Audi RS3 and TTRS. The racingline line replaces the original plastic charge pipe (boost pipe) with a 70mm enlarged diameter aluminum part and matching silicone hoses with stepped inlets for completely smooth transitions.

By minimising internal transitions, air flows more smoothly through the pressure line and reaches the turbocharger more easily, allowing it to operate more efficiently.

This is a direct replacement for factory hoses. Simply replace the original weak rubber hoses and plastic lines with new Racingline parts adapted for higher fill pressure. The hoses are tested to significantly higher pressures than the factory turbo can produce.

Racingline boost pipe kit features:
- Aluminum boost pipe diameter increased to 70 mm and maintained until throttle inlet.
- The aluminum boost pipe has a completely smooth profile with no extrusion for the factory wiring harness, as is the case with the plastic OEM part
- hoses are made of highly durable silicone to prevent warping at high fill pressures
- The inner layer of silicone hoses is made of Fluorosilicone, which resists oil and fuel vapors
- hose contains a flexible section reinforced with a stainless steel ring to allow free movement of the engine without collapsing the silicone hose
- Hose kit comes complete with Mikalor stainless steel clips for a perfect seal and to prevent hose slippage
